Product Overview
The OVR10 is a high-performance power controller designed for infrared ovens in PET blow molding machines. Engineered and assembled by Technoplan Engineering SA, it offers a drop-in replacement for Olicorp® IRS10, PWR-SDL, Siemens® or Sidel® Universal and Matrix regulators — with zero PLC reprogramming required.

Integrated thyristor control
Fault detection: Broken lamp response < 200 ms
Modulation: Zero-crossing or half-phase selectable
Fieldbus: PROFIBUS DP slave (up to 12 Mbit/s), 24 VDC / 250 mA

- Olicorp® IRS‑10 and PWR‑SDL
- Siemens® oven controllers
- Sidel® SBO Universal / Matrix (no wiring change)
Firmware options:
- Version 5.x → power regulation (standard ovens)
- Version 20.x → voltage regulation (Sidel® specific)
